3D Printing using Static Dissipative Materials

3D printing using static dissipative materials is perfect for producing anti static products such as rapid prototype tooling, jigs, for testing designs before committing to expensive metal tooling, and for low production runs. 

Our standard production grade for 3D printing using static dissipative materials is an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) static dissipative grade ABS-ESD7.

Static build up and subsequent discharge causes damage to sensitive electronic components and may even cause explosions in areas where there is a high risk of explosion.  The ABS-ESD7 material can be used to produce a wide range of products used in the electronics industry where the build up of static is to be avoided.

We can also 3D print in any standard materials including ABS, polycarbonate, nylon 12, carbon, graphite, flexible polypropylenes, rubbers and silicone, and metals such as aluminium, titanium and copper.

Our EMI shielding coating spraying service may also be used to paint the inside of your 3D printed enclosure in nickel, copper silver or silver conductive coatings should you so wish.
