Natural Graphite Thermal Interface Material

Natural graphite thermal interface material is made from natural graphite sheet material thus taking the advantages of the anisotropic thermal properties of natural graphite.  Natural graphite exhibits high thermal conductivity in the plane of the sheet, together with a lower thermal conductivity through the thickness of the sheet.   The natural graphite thermal interface material sheet therefore functions as a heat spreader and an insulator, and can eliminate hot spots in electronic equipment such as LED and street lighting, PCB boards, laptop computers, mobile phones, and other electronic components where over heating is to be avoided.
